I don't think the surgery will happen, but I hope it does because whatever happens after the surgery will surely be hilarious.

I just wish that Boogie could see the benefits of him losing weight that have nothing to do with his own health.

Imagine that he loses his weight and drops down to a much, much healthier zone, if not a flat out normal weight overall (like 200 or less) and becomes an inspirational success story. People would point at him for years to come and say, "remember that guy who was nearly 600 pounds his whole life and is now a healthy, normal, functioning member of society? If he can do it then why can't I?"

But he's so stuck in his safe zone and unwilling to try to get out of the little bubble he's placed himself in that he'd rather destroy his body and die a fat loser with lots of pity money than become a healthy, rich, inspirational man with lots of somewhat deserved adoration money.

That's honestly what I want to see happen with Boogie. I want him to go through with this surgery and turn his life around. I want him to become an inspirational success story. Boogie doesn't want that, though. He can't see beyond his pity bux.

You're missing the most obvious one where the doctor cancels the surgery on HIM and he goes boo hooing to youtube and basically cries that he's going to kill himself unless his fans hugbox him enough.

The two most likely scenarios, in my opinion, are that he either gets the surgery and undoes it by eating a shitload of food he's not supposed to, or else the doc cancels his surgery because of health/weight concerns. I think these are realistically the only two options. Other than him dying on the table, of course. I'd be really wary of getting ANY surgery from a weight loss doctor who was TOTALLY FINE with me not losing much weight before surgery. That shit sounds scary as fuck.

What can change the nature of man, huh? The thing is he considers himself in the moral right and it will take 4+ years for him to lose the big bucks fanbase (the variable one that actually grows out of the fads).

I know nothing about Onision, since his content is boring garbage, but looking at his channel, it doesn't seem dead - sure his views aren't as high as Boogie's (because he isn't morbidly obese), but I'm assuming he's still surviving, especially since he cranks videos out every day. Sure, it would be nice to get rid of that perverted weirdo as well, because his efforts at humor hurt, but I'm not seeing that happening that soon.

EDIT: Everything is good guys, he got some new trashy toys to shill out, so he's suddenly super enthusiastic about selling you crap you've never wanted and you should kill yourself if you ever purchased a lootcrate. Toys and money make everything good...

I mean, you can go through your life wishing death on people you've never met, personally, and if that makes you feel better then I guess that's fine, but it's gross. I don't like Boogie either but that doesn't mean that I don't want to see his life turn around.

There are many reasons I don't care about Joe Schmoe and his problems. The first being that I don't even know what they are. Like it or not, Boogie put himself out there and has made his problems public and, therefore, has garnered sympathy from said public. If these people you think deserve anything would have done the same they'd have received the same sympathy supposing they weren't the typical, "I hate everyone who has it better than me and I never asked nobody for nothing so you don't deserve any sympathy, suck it up," pessimistic person.

Beyond that, whether you want to hear it or not, Boogie doesn't come off as a manipulative person to the average viewer who only hears his positive messaging. If he were a fat dude who came out and said, "my life sucks and I need sympathy," then people wouldn't have given him the time of the day. He doesn't do that. Boogie has been consistently against the fat acceptance movement and has consistently portrayed himself as a positive, sweet person to the people who digest his content on a consistent basis.
He could be a force for good, positive change in people if he'd ever make a good, positive change in his own life but he's too afraid that the revenue will dry up the second he isn't looked at as that jolly fat dude that everyone seems to like.

I don't hate on Boogie because I actually hate him. I hate on Boogie because I see what he could be and I see him squandering that in favor of easy pity money and covering his fear up with excuses and manipulation. He claims he was abused as a child and the cycle is somewhat repeating with how he acts. You choose to hold that against him. That's great. I don't. I was raised without my father and in a household where my medical problems were ignored because, "just get over it," so much that I'm nearly debilitated as an adult and I've had to learn a lot of male behavior without a role model to look up to. I understand the mental state someone like Boogie could easily be in.

None of that excuses his lack of action but the lack of sympathy and the lack of seeing the potential in an Internet Nobody just because you think it's cool to label yourself a, "Sick Fuck," and then go, "man I wish he'd die on the table because he's nothing more than a manipulative cunt," as though you, yourself, have never done something perceived as gross or awful is disgusting. It's the type of edgelord, I hate the world mentality I haven't seen since I was in high school.
