I assume he is binding his chest to hide his mammaries. I do not understand the health risks involved with that and work, but I don't understand many things with transpeople.

I will never in a million years understand the thought process of trans people and the whole "born in the wrong body" spiel. It's got to be some kind of shared delusion born out of a need to be special. Back in olden times, people who had to feel special became megalomaniacs. Nowadays the "trend" is certainly part of it, and aggravates the problem. Otherwise, it's a real thing in that it's a type of dimorphism.
