It would likely be pretty bad if she had BDD and wasn't just an attention whore.
Notice how there are no "I was crying for an hour just now" kinda posts. The most effective "medicine" the fatty had recently is a mountain of Halloween treats, I'm sure. It's her favourite hollyday because she can buy mountains of chocolate bars without getting knowing looks from the staff.
