This isn't that surprising since I heard Nick on Dick Masterson's podcast a month ago where he was way more honest about the odds of Vic winning:

Funimation 50/50
Rial 50/50
Toye 50/50 (but he said it could be worse with more info coming out like the Affidavits)

At 1:42:20 he says the odds are normally 85:15.

On his streams though he heavily implies they are completely fucked. He never outright says it though, and on one of his streams he did say "defamation is hard to prove" and he'll point that out to weasel his way out of it like a typical lawyer. But c'mon, compare him on The Dick Show compared to his streams, on his streams he sounds like a coach trying to boost morale of his players (in this case, paypigs to get them to keep donating) while on The Dick Show he is more honest, like he is talking to his assistant coaches about how realistic their chances are.

Off topic but is the Dink Show worth listening to? In general. I used to listen in the early days because I also used to listen to TBPITU when that started but I got bored of Dink's normalfaggotry and dumb opinions about anything I actually cared about.
