See, if they were professional journalists and not just some blog, they'd have a legal department. If they had a legal department, their lawyers would probably advise them that publishing an series of articles full of hearsay without verifying it through trustworthy sources is exactly the kind of behaviour that will get them sued and taken for all they've got.

For their stupid podcast they used to use an image of Zak and "Jake" posing like the Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey poster (with annoying faces that make you want to punch them). They used that annoying image for years.
