It didn't expire, he has it registered until 2024. Somebody likely used security vulnerability to delete fucking everything for some reason - or maybe it was infected with viruses and Spoopy's host took it down - I've had some of my websites infected back in the day, host will inform you about it and asks for a resolution, and I guess if you don't answer to them, they will take it down.

There is no way Spoony himself did anything to the website, that would require work and undestanding anything about websites at all - even back in the day, to my understanding, Red Dragon was handling the website almost exclusively. Limp Dick Spoony likely has headaches just trying to work with whatever admin system his website has.
