I would guess it's a nod to the gay actor from the original series but they couldn't make nuBilly gay because he's smart and HAS TO BE AUTISTIC because mentally healthy smart people don't exist in real life.Kugelfisch wrote: ↑Thu Jul 06, 2017 3:00 pmWhat kid was asking to know the sexuality of the Rangers in the first place? They covered the most important stereotypes already to have a Ranger for every kind of kid. Why dykes? What, for the 0.0001% of Power Rangers fans that may think they are lesbos?

Sony was too dumb to know what to do with their Mattel properties. They were seriously going to make a Barbie vs He-man movie until they came up with the Amy Schumer idea.

I heard Japan Sony (real Sony) wants to get out of the movie business altogether. Who knows, this time next year it might be AliBaba America, pumping out wholesome China-themed entertainment!

Just think about it: The Barbie-He-man Cinematic Universe.

It would have been something else all right, might have been so awful that it could become the first Sony movie to be remembered after a short while by people out there.VoiceOfReasonPast wrote: ↑Thu Jul 06, 2017 10:35 pmFuck me that would've ben a "great" trainwreck.Liar Revealed wrote: ↑Thu Jul 06, 2017 10:08 pmSony was too dumb to know what to do with their Mattel properties. Whoever came up with that idea in the board room should've been legal to shoot immediately.
They should they've done nothing but bleed money with their movies lately.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Jul 06, 2017 10:31 pmI heard Japan Sony (real Sony) wants to get out of the movie business altogether. I remember seeing a trailer for a Sony movie, I think it might have been Cisbusters, and it said 'From the studio that brought you Spider-Man and Men in Black'. Spider-Man was 2002, Men in Black was 1997. That's seriously how long it's been since Sony Pictures have had a genuine hit.

It was a very different time. But it really is laughable if you have to brag about a movie you've produced twenty years ago.
