Thing is, since Sega failed, all the good dreamcast games got ported to other systems. So if you like Code Veronica X, you can now enjoy it in HD with really nice visuals.

Exactly. You either play a MD game on a tube telly with an actual Megadrive or you emulate. Why would I want to blow up an old game onto a 1080p flat screen?
