These women will be the ones doing the deposition, very clever since they can't pull the "as a man you can't comprehend what we go through" line. Also, if Diana Davison and Camile Paglia have taught me anything it's that women are much better at telling when another woman is full of shit than a man.

For anyone not wanting to sit through the stream since it's not as juicy as the others, one of the Amazons said a single potential defendant has tweeted to/about Vic 385 times since this shit started so far. And yet these psychos then complain that THEY are being harassed.

Even sadder is I can't tell which KickVic loon this is about because so many of them have tweeted about him obsessively.

It's impossible to know. I would hazard a guess that there are probably around 50 potential defendants who have tweeted about vic hundreds of times each.

As for Nick, it hardly even is worth saying not to get attached to any of these killstream/youtube streamer type fucks. Not even Tevin. If they're taking money for what they shitpost online, they will eventually become cows. Just enjoy the fact that Nick has helped Vic raise the money to fight for his reputation and he has put more eyes on Vic's case and helped convince people that everyone deserves a fair trial in a real court, not a twitter drumhead.

I don't have to like or even know who Nick is to appreciate that he's helping to further the cause of real justice. Even if Vic is guilty. ESPECIALLY if Vic is guilty, he deserves a fair trial and for his side to be heard and judged in court against evidence.

I'm not interested in watching the streams. I think Ty and his firm should be very circumspect about what they post online. I want Vic's case to have the best possible chance and that means I don't want them sabotaging themselves by revealing anything about their position until the time comes for discovery in court. I want marzgunt sweating as much as possible with her little posse of SocJus, life-destroying witch hunters. The fun speculation should be left to those of us who are not involved with their case, like that yellowflash guy.

That's close to 10 times a fucking day for over a month. To put that in perspective, on DHI I post on average 5 times a day about EVERYTHING on here. To match that level of posting on here about EVERYTHING you would need over 7000 posts and only 4 people have done that here, and they don't post that much on ONE FUCKING TOPIC. They make our sperging look fucking normal.

Don't worry about that, when Ty was on Nick himself told people that he will not be answering any questions about legal strategy, and he was much more calm and less spergy when he has had Vic's legal team on. That's why the recent stream was more dull I assume, Nick may be a sperg but he is a sperg with a real job so I don't think he will become a full cow since it's clearly side money for him. He has shown he knows how to turn off the act when needed but you never know what can happen with INs.

She will handle it poorly. I don't think she will break down at a deposition or anything because despite her play acting on twitter she is quite a surly tomboy in real life and in those podcasts she practically said (though not outright) that she browsed 4chan regularly and had no issue with porn drawn of her (TGWTG fans did that sort of weird shit way back then).

But her little edgelord mentality that everyone caught a glimps of with her post about DHI won't serve her well in court and she will be shocked once she is in there and will get nervous. Marzgurl has said some dumb, derpy shit like claiming Vic's legal team "aren't litigators" and I think she will slip up by saying stupid like that during the deposition. On Twitter she has claimed that "someone else was the first to mention Vic, NOT ME" even though she created the hastag, I'd expect that type of shitty argumentation from her and for her to nitpick some minor detail while trying to dodge the main point. She will fail at that though since she will have to answer questions.

Now Jamie Marchi on the other hand is an arrogant airhead. Remember that guy from Gawker during the Hogan trial that said this:
