I can't tell if you're trying to sound retarded to better empathize with TB's kid. Skype call parenting for someone who is autistic? I don't know how bad it is or not but a lot of really basic shit can be difficult for someone with even mild autism. The bulk of the parenting responsibilities are going to be on whoever is physically present with the kid. Best guess is she took all the money raised, and rather than having to spend some of it supporting her son or pay taxes on it, she left town to go to a country she has happy memories of.
