Yeah, like I said it was totally my bad. I've just seen other times in the past few years when internet people got pulled into a lawsuit and the one thing they say is that you don't talk about the case openly with anyone because your opponents cn use that against you. So that concept of "keep all legal matters between you and your actual attorney" kinda stuck with me after that. Just had to break out of that mindset.Guest wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2019 9:00 amThey have to have a legal REASON to throw it out. They can't just be like "Hey judge, this youtube lawyer said the prosecution might use these tweets between Marzgurl and these ANN employees. Well we know about so we're calling jinx! Now they can't use those tweets as evidence anymore!"suzaku wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2019 8:50 amI was thinking more likePoonoo wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2019 8:45 am
If they hire lawyers to defend themselves the lawyer will know what they can and can't do, this isn't like some complex military strategies since the law is more clear cut. It's not like a lawyer will look at rekeita's stream and think "wow, this guy is good, I wish I knew what I was doing like him".
"Wow, now we have a detailed list of stuff we can get thrown out so Vic can't use it."
But yeah I guess that's not something to worry about.
You're confusing this with shit like an illegal search and seizure, where someone broke the law to get evidence. Everything the #KickVic cunts posted online is public access and completely admissible.

I got bored of the Dick Show. Whenever Dick talked about his normalfag adventures as a semi-Chad I tuned out. I only enjoyed the Maddox drama but even that couldn't keep my interest forever (admittedly I quit before the lolsuit saga.)Guest wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2019 7:16 amThe Dick Show is still breddy kino.
I would suggest maybe going back and listening to the Biggest Problem in the Universe though, I relistened to the new "Uncucked" editions of the older episodes that have all the bits Maddox cut out to make himself look better. AFAIK the entire run of the Biggest Problem Uncucked Edition has been released.

What that means is that you shouldn't say anything related to your case in public and let your lawyer handle everything. You could accidently reveal more shit, like all these other fucks against him are doing like Marzgurl keeping up the smear. That shit will be used against her, and any VA lashing out at Vic despite knowing he is suing should also shut up. That cuck with rekeita? He is getting a deposition which could reveal shit like private emails and that discord server he was using. You withhold any info they could look into by shutting up and if you have to talk you have your lawyer help you prepare your statement, because if you sperg out they will use any outburst against you.

I've seen Dick Masterson on a bunch of podcasts. I'm not really a fan of him at all. Not for any reason. He just doesn't interest me.
At this point I'm just clarifying why I thought the way I did. I'm not defending it or justifying it anymore cause I know when I'm mistaken.
Yeah. It slipped my mind that most of the time the "stay quiet" ones were usually in the defendant chair at the time, but I guess I figured it could work against a plaintiff like Vic too. For instance bringing up how "we got proof Funi's investigation wasn't done by a third party and thus Vic was fired due to bias. We're gonna forward this to Vic's lawyers so they can use it in the case." I suppose something in my brain thought well what's going to stop Funi from saying that proof has nothing to do with the case or Vic's firing thus it can't be used? Blame it on me overthinking things but I wouldn't put it past any of those people to try and downplay any of the shit that's been compiled on them. I guess to me it would just hit harder if they didn't see it coming until they were in the court room, and then have to talk their way out of it.Poonoo wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2019 9:54 amWhat that means is that you shouldn't say anything related to your case in public and let your lawyer handle everything. Re: Marzcunt: Queen of Hashtags (and fabricated outrage)
I've seen a lot of examples of sovereign citizen legal cases where the sovshits fucked themselves over and then tried to suppress evidence. Turns out you can't just get some shit suppressed because it makes you look stupid. One idiot recorded audio of himself talking to neighbors which revealed his own account of events was contradictory and that he was guilty of the prosecution's allegations. The moron then turned it in to police, thinking it would clear him (he believed that certain portions of the tape presented him in a good light, but forgot about other portions of the tape which did not). When the prosecution brought the evidence out in court against him, he demanded the tape be suppressed. It wasn't. Everyone heard him talking about hiding evidence, destroying evidence and removing evidence from the scene of a supposed crime.
Anything Marz has hidden, and I get the impression she has hidden a fair bit by now (based on those chat logs where they were talking about an organized op against vic) is going to come out in discovery. Woe betide her if she deletes evidence, because someone has that shit archived and will produce it.

At the very least then Vic won't have anything to worry about. Regardless I think that Nick guy is pretty spergy. I just can't imagine going through all the trouble to pass the bar and get your law degree only to end up hosting a youtube show where you give out legal advice for super berries. Doesn't help that lots of people on the internet think they know everything about the law so the whole internet lawyer thing just comes off cringe to me.

Here, watch this one. He goes into detail why Marzgurl is screwed and it's very amusing. Marzgurl can't afford oil changes or veterinarian billth, so she absolutely can't afford a lawyer.
Re: Marzcunt: Queen of Hashtags (and fabricated outrage)
Yeah, that's why you're being taken to court and not just handed a fine and forced to make a retraction, you dumb bitch. Innocent until proven guilty doesn't mean everyone just drops accusations and leaves you alone forever. The problem is, you cunts DIDN'T prove Vic guilty of anything, and never legally tried to, yet you conspired to wreck his career anyway without proof. Which we all have proof of since you did a lot of it publicly on social media. I love it when stupid people try to use their opponents' arguments against them without understanding them.Guest wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2019 1:39 pmYou were proven guilty the day Todd exposed you
These "court of public opinion" cunts really are the sovereign citizens of the left. They think they've found some loophole that lets them do whatever they want when they're actually just retards who don't know what they're talking about.
