It depends on how much damages she alone has to pay, since a lot of other people will be footing the bill for the damages to his career. I'd imagine others like Sony, Funimation, other voice actors and even ANN will have to pay out most of the money so Marzgurl needing to pay $100K would be worth pursuing since I believe that would be the ceiling to what she could get and what she could afford to pay.
