This is an interesting video of a panel in 2017 with VAs J Michael Tatum, Luci Christian, Todd Haberkorn, and Caitlin Glass. At the 9:03 mark a (creepy) fan asks them if any of them have ever kissed or been kissed by Vic. They joke around at first but then say that he kisses them on the cheeks all the time because he's Italian. Granted they're in front of an audience but doesn't sound like they think he does it to be pervy.
