Fair enough. The tweet he's reacting to there looks more like prediction than reporting, but I don't find it terribly hard to believe they're trying to gin something up. That's how the whole thing got started, after all.

Same here man, that's why I've been giving as many facts as possible to avoid a lolsuit. I suggest referring to them as the CTC movement or something to defer. I also suggested perhaps examining CTC for the one year, paint then in the light of scrutiny.

It's real. While an "unpleasant interaction" may not mean sexual assault or anything like that on those three times she met him it does show inconsistency in her stories since she claimed he did nothing to her personally. And because she didn't clarify at the time and with evidence she is clearly trying to destroy a man's career it can be taken that way.
