I hate to be the guy who rains in the parade (lie), but I hope Vic isn't hiring this Rekieta guy to handle his lawsuit. He rubs me kinda like the Landau attorney who did the Maddox lolsuit.

That's why I'm pointing out that I really hope Vic has a firm handling his lawsuit that will get their ducks in a row and only sue the most involved parties. Specific voice actors, marzgurl, funimation. Basically the parties responsible for ruining his life. But nobody else. Don't sue tgwtg because they had nothing to do with it.

Although, to be honest, I don't have fond memories of these lawsuits ever working - Brad Radford, Michael Shermer, and Richard Carrier all sued for defamation, but has any of that ever amounted to anything? Hulk Hogan got his revenge in court, but had.to be bankrolled by Peter Thiel.

Ben Radford and Michael Shermer basically got the cunts to back down legally. I don't think much more than that happened. But that was partly because they were too nice. I remember the Radford case in particular, he backed off after reaching a settlement, thinking that the settlement would mean the end of the poisonous allegations. But the cunt continued to whisper in peoples' ears. The lesson there is don't settle.

I don't remember what happened with Shermer. Carrier didn't get much in his case because he's an SJW turbocuck and he never went for the throat.

I'd say $100K would be the absolute limit to what she could get so it's not out of the question for her to get it. Sure, ON HER OWN she doesn't have that kind of pull, but with Linkara and others getting the autistic CA fanbase to chip in and Lindsay might feel the need to get her fans to give money since it is a good chance to virtue signal against an evil republican rapist.
