That's Jordan Owen, half of the team that [eventually] produced a disastrously mismanaged documentary about Anita Sarkeesian. I'm sure someone else has juicier details than I, but just from memory, both people involved were, to put it extremely charitably, inexperienced. I believe they vastly underestimated how expensive the project would be and had to scramble for more funding, and they had at least one very public falling out, including Jordan here putting out a video where he did nothing but bitch about his then-former partner for half an hour. This was actually the genesis of "knowing all the keyboard shortcuts", if you've ever heard that particular dank maymay. Also, his partner was Davis Aurini, who was something of an alt-right lolcow before anyone knew the alt-right was even a thing.
