Still can’t believe Dan Vs. got cancelled after three seasons and that shitshow is still on. Guess that happens when grown men with some form of income buy all your merchandise.

"Equestria Fallout"... maybe? But I remember people raving about this epic story that spanned 50 or so chapters. Not saying that all fanfic is shit (maybe 99% of it), but it makes me a little sad that all that time could have been spent constructing an original world and stories.

Maybe if the Dan Vs. crew had sexed up Elisa or had Chris and Dan in a secret gay/bi affair, it would have gotten at least a fourth season. But, no, they had to concentrate their efforts on outlandish and fun scenarios, intelligent dialogue, and eye-catching backgrounds.

I dug the show because it reminded me of the prime era Simpsons without trying hard to be edgy or topical. Dan was shocking likable curmudgeon and probably a DHI shit poster. Whoever ran the Facebook page definitely was. The character interactions were definitely my favorite part, and they did a good job of having Elise be badass without feeling like a typical Mary Sue female insert. Plus you can’t go wrong with Curtis Armstrong.

The first episode I ever saw was Dan vs. Cucknadia, how fitting.
