Last one I watched was his mcdonalds week and all he did was eat muffins for breakfast and salads for lunch while eating huge amounts for dinner. Is that just some english thing where instead of spreading out food throughout the day they just gorge themselves come dinner?

I think he explained it at some point, but long story short, he wanted to go to bed with his stomach full and he kept the heavier McD meal for last(he didn't eat more because calories)
