Most liberals are hypocrites. If you didn't know Bon Jovi and Springsteen (both flaming libs) used a farm tax exemption loophole to pay virtually nothing in property taxes on hundreds of acres of land around their homes. They proclaim they love big government and want higher taxes and more money taken from them yet use every slimy tax loophole, deduction and write off they can. It's always pointed out to them that if they love big government so much they can directly give however much money they want to the government via the Bureau of the Fiscal Service. They never do of course because they want you to give your money to the govt. Their money is precious and they need every last cent.

Having spent a great deal of time in New Jersey, if it's one thing I hate about those guys, it's the fact that they're willing to pull out the "one of us" card at any opportunity that it's convenient, and how much it ends up being the "Jersey boy" thing that we just let them pass on shit like this.

Springsteen is especially cunty in that regard. His daughter is a fucking equestrian, not a thing that gets supported by the fucking working man, certainly not the way (most of) New Jersey pays taxes.

The thing I fucking despise about people like this, who want to be famous, who want to be seen by as many eyeballs as possible, is that they never want to hear from anyone who might have a bad thing to say about them. They want to show up and be loved (and have people give them money), and if anyone hates them, well, that shouldn't be their problem, should it? Give them money anyway.

Time was, if you wanted to be a public figure, you were told you'd better be ready to accept that there will be some loud and often impolite criticism coming your way and either ignore it, or figure out how to make yourself a better performer for it, but nowadays it's all...oh, poor me, I was perfect when I showed up, why can't they just SEE that?

The ones I hate the absolute worst, though, are the ones that produce a bad product, and then then blame trolls for it. No, Melissa McCarthy, Ghostbusters didn't fail because of trolls, and I'm really sorry that rich people haven't been made richer because you couldn't be bothered to produce a good movie.

She now knows she let herself go. But that’s the thing about using your looks. You have to keep on top of them once you’ve decided that it’s your currency.
