That's not really the artist's fault - I imagine they need to make that stuff look exciting for a certain crowd, which is of course why you have so many fetishes, bizzare proportions and other stuff. A lot of these people are grateful they can at least draw porn, from the little I've heard, the market with manga is apparently super oversaturated. I don't really blame them for settling to draw weird shit, if they don't mind losing their soul while doing so.
