In fairness his work schedule is, I imagine, almost entirely dictated by himself whereas he's probably got a wife that works a relatively rigid 9-5 type job and likely she has no control over her schedule. That's the impression I got from that video anyway...and I don't know fuckall about his personal life so I'm probably wrong.

I didn't know this... but I'm assuming he films and edits for corporate gigs and what not. Accurate? Honestly, good for him if that's the case. He's actually earning a real, steady income and therefore he could walk away from the internet without his life collapsing.

As much as there's a lot of shit to make fun of and attack James for he has always come off as a relatively responsible individual... At least compared to the nobodies his success spawned.

As tired as the AVGN shtick is now, he doesn't seem to be forcing himself to put out videos. To me that suggests he's got a day job. His net worth is $100k according to Google, not enough for him to live off if he didn't have one.
