See, in the USA, for example, you might raise the question why if a Covid19 test is fair, an AIDS test isn't. You'd be told to shut the fuck up and just take it.
Here, there's an army of hundreds of pencil pushers who all have a bit of power in the way that will block it. Sometimes because it's against the rules they are slaves to, sometimes because they want to feel important.

Don't think for a second it's because Germany is secretly based. It isn't at all. It's just too rigid to just change laws like that. It won't happen. Not in our lifetime.
