You can get foreign alcohol fairly easily in the US. However, right now I'm leaning more towards Kugel's option 1

She didn't immigrate, though. She's basically a tourist, hoping to find some cuck for a greencard. Didn't take up a paid job and instead chose an internship? More like isn't allowed to work because she's a tourist. Transferred all money? Sure, because a long time stay requires you to put enough money into an account to pay for healthcare and eventual deportation.
