As others mentioned, it's so he can reply. Because she's insane, she has never figured out that he is deliberately ignoring her. If you look at her tweets in the last few days with their increasing desperation for his attention, she's trying fucking magic to get him to reply to her. She's lying in her berthing station every day, blowing water out of her blow hole pensively, trying to imagine what else she can do to get a reply from @TheSpoonyOne.
