That actually raises an interesting question: Why is she not taking down her Midnight Screenings?
If watching a documentary about other trashy nobodies taught me anything (apart form the importance of a good dental plan and not taking drugs), Tiger King's Carole Baskins' strongest weapon (except for sardine oil) was a civil lawsuit.
I am still waiting for Lupa to take it to that level. Brad's 0-effort Midnight Screenings from a few years ago have quite often more views than Lupa's main show, let alone her Baywatching or Maniac Episodes stuff.
There are a few episodes where she and Failous are in with Brad, generating revenue for him to this day.
I doubt they ever signed any kind of release form or contract, so on the one hand, they get 0 ad cents. All the ad sense cents go to Brad. But it also means he never acquired a perpetual right to publish a video with them in, so Lupa could probably get him do take those videos down, or at least embroil him in legal action.

This should make the whole shit show more impactful than a few mean tweets. Maybe they even meet Spoony in court... oh wait...

She wouldn’t have a legal leg to stand on. Brad owns all of his own content, just like CA owns their own material, and therefore has the rights to do with them as they please. By willingly appearing in the series multiple times, knowing they’re going to be on YouTube, and even promoting them back when they worked together, that’s legal consent for the video’s release.
