Perpetual renter problems.
At the time of her highest income the interest rates were at a record low, she had no family binding her to any one place, property prices were fairly low and she could work from just about anywhere. Should've bought a house or at least a condo.

Weirdly huge victory I want to share, now that I’ve maintained it for over a month: I managed to stop biting my nails. It’s ALWAYS been an issue for me - half addiction, half comforting action I do when anxious. I honestly couldn’t fucking stop. But as of one month ago, I did, AND NOW I HAVE NAILS.
