Think again. The title is a genderswap play on the German title of Little Lord Fauntleroy (which effectively drops the "Fauntleroy" part to make room for an article).
I sadly can't find anything about Genderswap Jeannie, but I could swear that was a thing. Maybe it never actually became a series. RTL for example had at least one phase where they shat out multiple pilot episodes to see which idea they should make into a series. I think the "winner" (that didn't last long) was a ripoff of Beethoven (the dog, not the musician).

I also realized it was improper to talk about German bootleg made-for-TV movies without mentioning Freaky Friday, the body-swap comedy that has spawned more German ripoffs than any other property. I swear they make like a new one ever year. They have a like a weird thing for cheaply-done comedies with vague supernatural elements (which is why the concept of "Dude/Dudette dies and no has to work as a guardian angel" is also reused a lot).

I've only really glanced at it on some TV magazine becasue the premise sounded retarded.
But extrapolating from my vast knowledge of Kraut TV, just picture a shittier ripoff version with shittier jokes that never gets more create than swapping every character's gender.
