So Ultraman: The Adventure Begins was released on Blu-ray over here with an English dub. EXCEPT, the cartoon's original language was English!
This is super retarded and gay. I don't care what their excuse is. Some "legal problems" bullshit. I'm so glad I imported the Japanese Blu-ray years ago, with the proper soundtrack.

I don't have the U.S. disc, but on the Japanese disc, the us and Japanese versions are completely separate and on different tracks. So my Japanese import is actually superior.Update 6/19/25: Despite earlier information to the contrary, the original English language audio for ULTRAMAN: THE ADVENTURE BEGINS is not included in this sets due to rights issues. The new English dub is used for both the Japanese and US versions of this movie.
Also, the Japanese version does not come with English subtitles.
