Tenet's been shelved - or at least its burgerland release has been shelved. Warners is flirting with releasing it and others blockbustershit in countries that have already dealt with Corona-Chan/'flattened the curve' and just putting off releasing it in the US for a while.

As if there won't be digital prints - I pirated Snowpiercer three months before it came out in the US and it looked as good as it would've in the theater.
South Korea would probably be one of the places the studios would lean in on in this theoretical situation, too.

There's an interesting, in-depth documentary on Cinerama called Cinerama Adventure. It's included as a bonus feature on the blu-ray release of How the West Was Won. It's worth a watch.

It would be an interesting experience to see a Cinerama film projected the way it was meant to be shown with three cameras playing at once, but there's only one Cinerama theater still in existence in the United States, and it looks like that the COVID chaos killed it. Right now, there's no sign that it will reopen. R.I.P.
