This is from him at the beginning of the year on the Killstream (it may have been the first or second one they did) but from what I remember he complained that they needed more people on board to get shit done and Jim Watkins said they didn't have the money. A few months later I think after getting rid of him (or someone he liked) he suddenly hired another 5 people, I don't think he is lying about that part. Now knowing how shit of a coder he is I think Jim or someone who Jim hired to be in charge of things realised how much he sucked and wanted him gone, while I don't remember him being promised a job for life or anything it sounds like it was implied after he sold 8chan and that didn't happen.
When he defended Nool it was obvious he was projecting the problems he had with Watkins onto Nool when it was obvious Nool was incompetent and didn't deserve that $12000. He implied Nool wasn't given enough time and resources for the job and as usual on these IBS streams Nool and co always go completely unchallenged with their bullshit.
When Nool was doing some damage control over the pig farms thing and tried to act self aware by saying shit like "I knew I'd get shit for it" Hotwheels pretended to be sympathetic, at that point it was 100% proven he was lying for him since he had a completely different opinion in this clip:
