I used to drink a lot of soda until one day I got acid reflux so bad I genuinely thought I was having a heart attack. It turned out to be just an extreme reaction to excess caffeine. So I quit soda altogether. It sucks for a day or two. You do genuinely go through "withdrawal" for lack of a bettervword. But it goes by fast and once its out of your system it's not like you crave it.

Because aspartame doesn't contribute to blood sugar spikes, so aspartame doesn't satisfy your bodies lust for glucose. Chances are you'll eat more potato chips or popcorn with your diet Pepsi.

The study you linked simply compared data and correlated that people drinking aspartame gain weight, but admitted they are unsure as to why.
Might be relevant
However, critical confounders (baseline body composition and diet quality) were largely accounted for in the included studies, and we limited confounding by reverse causation by including only prospective studies that documented intake of nonnutritive sweeteners before weight change and disease incidence.

Getting over the massive headaches is the biggest hurdle for quitting soda, I think. It was what made it difficult for me when I finally backed off of it. I mean, it's not like I never drink it. I have a hard time turning down a nice cold soda now and again. The caffeine withdrawal headaches and the sugar cravings are just first world problem hell to deal with, though.

Regular soda is healthier than diet. You might get diabetes from the sugar, but the aspartame in sweeteners will riddle your brain with cancer. Also, whatever feminism touches is destroyed.

I lost half a stone so fast when I ate nothing but brown pasta and vegetables. I hardly even exercised, like 45 min of light cycling to work and back 5 days a week. Boogie is just a fat lazy twat who's addicted to food.

He's also someone who will not get his brain fixed so he can confront his food addiction. I think until he gets his mental issues settled, he will always use food as a coping mechanism.

Your daily dose of puke. Comments are the worst, if there is a satan making a list somewhere, get all of them! Also an observation if you will, the wife has this "I'm dead inside" look in her eyes, which she didn't have in photos several years old. Is it just her aging really badly, or a sign of fear from domestic abuse?
Also, he has given up. There is literally no way for him to lose more weight without surgery, aka he's stuffing his face again:

This video was posted earlier, but it applies to Boogie:

This comment explains Boogie very well:
When it comes to talking about their problems and their worries with friends, men and women have completely different goals.

When a man unburdens himself to his friends, what he is really doing is asking for help. "These are my problems. Assist me in coming up with solutions to them." When a woman unburdens herself, what she is really doing is asking for sympathy. "These are my problems. Isn't my life terrible because I have all these problems? Don't you feel sorry for me?"

The reason why so many women think men are incapable of 'serious' emotion is because when a woman tells a man about her problems, he immediately does what men do: tries to fix them. This is a natural response; after all, it he were the one unburdening himself, that's what he'd want. Some suggestion as to how to fix the problems.

Unfortunately, the woman doesn't want solutions, she wants sympathy, and since the man isn't commiserating, she believes he is unsympathetic and dispassionate toward her concerns despite that being very far from the truth.

Likewise, the reason why so many men think women are flighty and over-emotional is because when a man tells a woman about his problems, she immediately does what women do, and talks about how she feels the same way when faced with similar problems and how horrible it is for him and so on, when what he wants is for her to offer him some solution.

Neither gender's approach is wrong, nor are these approaches "uncaring" or "flighty". They merely reflect the differences in the way the brains of men and women are wired.
Remember when his doctor thought he had a vagina? This is why, he exhibits extreme female behaviour like in the video above. The video is meant to be an exaggeration about how women want sympathy for their problems rather than solutions, but Boogie is literally fucking dying and can't fucking walk but the fucker would rather fish for sympathy than have a healthy life.

I speculated his lack of a father fucked him up, and it has, but I think his cunt of a mother fucked him up too. I honestly think he does this shit because subconsciously he wants the sympathy his mother never gave him. Over time he developed techniques on how to manipulate the fuck out of people to make them feel sorry for him and get that sympathy hit, and his lack of a father made him such an oversensitive pussy with no sense of self respect that he has no desire to improve his life and stick to goals.

TL/DR, Boogie may as well turn trans since he acts like a woman.

He's so low-test he will fish for sympathy when his life is at stake, because omg guiz doesn't he have it so rough?

A lot of abuse victims become abusers themselves and complete the cycle. I think that's what Boogie is. I'm not going to discount the shitty parenting he had, but it also isn't a blank check for him to turn around and abuse or manipulate others. We may as well give his mother a pardon, since it's more than likely SHE was an abuse victim at one point.

That's why I take the blanket perspective of hating all abusers, no matter what their sob story is.

498 is his plateau, eh? Do you know how much fucking food you have to eat to MAINTAIN a 498 weight? Holy hell, he's still delusional as fuck. I hope the doc snaps back and tells him no surgery until he's at least 450.

Thankfully the cycle will be broken with him, 'cause there's no way in hell he'll ever reproduce.
