I think most fake cereals here in the USA have the primary ingredient as white flour. Basically just white flour with spray-on vitamins that they sell as healthy.

If you believe the chills it's so you can drown in nostalgia as you eat something which is technically more healthy than the previous cereals of your childhood.
Except this stuff tastes nothing like those cereals, and the packaging is pure, soulless cancer.
