They're both doing a great job making Doge and Channel Awesome look fantastic.
If you think about it, Doge isn't a bad guy at all - the only thing you can really say about him is you don't like his childish brand of comedy.
But at least he's passionate, articulate, adaptable to change and failures, has a social life, has made friends and professional connections in the industry.

Hell, think about the work that he must've put into organising the OG anniversary films and the amount of trust he put into everyone he invited to even hang around them(considering they'd never met personally until the production of Kickassia).
