He moved to be closer to Channel Awesome and Brad, but mainly because April wasnt going to move to Arizona.

He bought that fucking ridiculous house, probably so April could have an entire floor for her etsy store, and he could have that finished basement (which included bathroom, bar, and kitchenette) for his productions.

He doesn't seem to ever go to a doctor to get his mental illnesses treated. He just whines about how he can't afford to go, tags his insurance company in the tweet, ins. company offers to help and he refuses.

Oh damn that’s a good idea, I’ve seen people convert rooms for music and recording, imagine an entire basement for that.

Flooding definitely would worry me too, especially if you had really nice stuff down there. I remember a friend from Ohio (home to half of DHI’s burgers ) that his parent’s basement flooded when he was a young adult and it ruined a bunch of stuff they were storing that was worth a lot of money at the time. Fucking sucks.

Put any instruments you're not using in cases and stack amps on chairs and you'll be mostly good on the expensive items in case of flooding. Just don't be like metaljesuscucks and never think about what would happen if your basement flooded (when you get one).
