If I remember correctly, they were saying he was likely to turn to dust, if he became President. Being President, or the leader of any country, is an extremely stressful job. It could very well have killed McCain or Hillary

She was always in poor health. The reason she resigned as Secretary of State was because she hit her head and had to spend three years recovering so she could run for President. Of course, anybody who said she wasn't physically fit enough to be President was dismissed as a conspiracy theorist - until she collapsed at the 9/11 memorial. Even then they tried to deny reality.
