I just meant that going without food when you're fat isn't dangerous. On the contrary, the human body can quite safely feed on its own stored adipose as long as you throw in some vitamins. But why bother going full fast when you could just eat less? Shocking, I know. I see a lot of superfats jumping on fad diets like juice fasts, and I assume it's because they want the diet to fail as soon as possible so they can go back to binging the entire Jack in the Box menu.
