Admittedly, nobody should ever look up anyone's twitter, you can only get a worse outlook on that person. But with lot of these degenerates, their shittiness starts leaking into their videos, it just becomes their reflection.

I don't care if some actor turned out to be a pedo groomer, if they starred in a great movie, I'll still watch said movie. But I know that a shitty IN will never make a good video worth watching.

That's partially why early YouTube was so successful, the only existing thing we had were the YouTube blogs, YouTube DM's & comments, while people were relegated to shit like Myspace. Twitter opened up the worst in some people.

I've seen a few of his videos. I remember he basically showed the entire movie during his "count". I'm not sure how he avoids the copyright hammer more often. Maybe he has just enough connections in the industry to stay safe.
His commentary/joke talent level is about equal to Phelous but compared to a CA reject he doesn't look like a goblin and has good enunciation.
He seems like a generic theater school shitlib. If you are watching anything that deals with media consooming then that's what you'll be dealing with 90% of the time.

Him white-knighting for his wife on Twitter in the hopes that she pegs him with the 14incher is funny though.

I wouldn't say he shows the "entire" movie, the longest video he has done is about 35 minutes, that is about a third of the movie's total runtime. He has been getting away with a lot of copyright claims until Train to Busan due to it being a Korean film, they didn't give a fuck about United States law, but they were nice enough to sort it out. It only got worse though when James' butt buddy Zoran fucked the channel by doing a video on Deathgasm & gave the channel a strike from the creator himself. James got so triggered he had to mention it in a future video, which is ironic because the original video I think called out the creator for being an even bigger shithead.

The thing about James & his "comedy" is that he does a shitty job abridging the story for the video, it's a very aged way of reviewing that is thankfully going away. It's one of the very few positive things I can say about Nostalgia Critic, Dog Walker's way of reviewing has changed over the years (or at least once The Wall failed to win over the fans), instead of retelling the story he is just giving his opinion on the films. It's amazing how he is the only one of that era of content creators that is actually trying to get better at what he does.

Also James has to make everything about him so he posted his wedding video & it is the most embarrassing thing I have seen him do next to his whole white-knighting of his wife. It really makes him look like a cuck.

He might not show the complete runtime but he does show the introduction, all the deaths, and any other highlight or noteworthy scene. When you are talking horror movies, that's basically showing the movie.
