Dude, I don't recommend the shake diet to anyone, I'd never go on it again. It fucked up my teeth (started going all wobbly) I felt woozy constantly and my hair and nails stopped growing for about 2 years.

That's the problem with the internet, you only know me as a wall of text and old photographs/videos, if you knew me in real life, you'd know I do eat in moderation. Cut soda out period, that shit is liquid poison. Get an app and write down all the nutritional shit on the box to track how you eating and what you are having too much of. You'll be surprised what you can and can't eat, I made no changes to my portions and calorie intake but I lost 10 kilos. It turns out the Sultana Bran (Raisan Bran) I had in the morning along with the milk was enough sugar alone I was allowed to have to lose weight. Something I thought was a healthy breakfast was loaded with sugar, the food pyramid was a fucking lie grouping vegetables and fruit together as if you can gorge on fruit and be fine, sugar is still sugar(though if you're going to have it fruit is better since it has good shit too).

Along with other minor changes I lost weight because I was already burning enough calories to be shredding weight but I wasn't. But seeing my sugar intake right in front of me revealed that was the only issue, my salt and fat intake were only bad when I knowingly ate like shit.
