I don't have a good relationship with my father. Didn't talk to him for some years after we parted. My decision. Eventually started talking to him again because it felt silly and childish to not talk to someone because they can't help being a cunt. When you grow up, you realize the relationship dynamic has changed. There's no point holding onto all that hard feeling when things aren't the same.

That said, I'm talking about ****actual shit**** that happened when I was a literal little child who couldn't do anything about it, and not "dad didn't approve of me begging people on the internet for money as a career."

And I don't fucking talk about this at all, not even usually anonymously on the internet. Because I'm not trying to seek attention for it. Wouldn't have said shit about it except kugel said something that got me thinking about it. Marz is the type to bring up every petty little thing the moment she thinks he can get back-pats.

I haven't seen my dad in 11 years, myself, but that's because he's being a big baby about making a fool out of himself in front of his whole family because he didn't get a video game he wanted for Christmas (no, I'm not joking) and, as a result, didn't make it to my high school graduation (where he sent me 20 bucks as a gift) or to my wedding (where his wife told me he couldn't drive any more and he told me she was lying and didn't prove it like I challenged him to).

Not to say there's not some messed up stuff he did. Like my mom divorcing him after finding him at the top of the stairs with my sister. Naked.
Or giving up his parental rights for 2 years when my mother was moved over to Korea because god forbid he pay child support after my mother allowed the courts to lower the amount multiple times so that he was barely paying 100 bucks (this is also the reason that he is no longer legally able to own a license).
Or having a history of showing random people his dick for no reason.

So I mean, yeah, I've got daddy issues, myself, but I'd never go around, on Father's Day, telling people that my dad is a giant crybaby with awful sexual tendencies that didn't even have the decency to make it to his only son's wedding.
