Only vaguely at best. I'm 31 and we had an Amiga for as long as I remember and most memories are rudimentary, despite me having spent a lot of time with it. Some arcade I dropped a coin into? About as faint of a memory as flying on a plane when I was 5.

I can remember late 80s there being arcade machines everywhere and just hanging out there while my mom went shopping. I'm still to this day trying to find a helicopter vertical shooter I played at the mall back then. I swear I've went through every game marked vertical shooter in MAME looking for it and haven't found it.

Possibly, I'll try it when I get home. The only real detail I still remember was there was a level where you flew over and attacked a giant helicopter/airship.

The only thing I remember about '80s arcades was the TMNT game (best arcade game ever, no contest) and Ninja Gaiden being really awesome and not shitty and hard like the NES version. Flipping on sign poles was never cooler. NEVER.
