I downloaded it:
Each game has a "classic mode" and a "remastered mode".
What's the difference?
Klessik plays in a window (in front of a 2D background) with the OG Playstation graphics, "Remastered" plays in full screen with one of those emulator's filters that smooths the jagged edges but makes everything look blurry.
The negative reviews on Steam claim that the new English dub sucks ass, but thankfully you can play the game in English (or German, or French) with the Jap audio.
I haven't seen complaints about woke localizations, so i guess they kept the OG script out of laziness/ to save money.

Tbf they tend to be turned on by default in these kind of ports, and fiddling with the settings is hard work.

Really fucking awful, but sometimes a slight amount of smoothing is necessary because none of these damn ports ever bothers to develop proper CRT shaders and actually GOOD scan line emulation. These ports always do a shit job when it comes to emulating the color blending of a CRT.

Some ports won't even let you fiddle with settings or offer up on a tiny selection of visual options.

Original resolution or at least aspect ratio is the way to go.
