He still looks incredibly unhealthy anyway and trying to argue that he could be very healthy is a losing position. From all we know, his diet is shit, he gets zero exercise of any kind and being a miserable prick certainly doesn't help. Neither does whatever medication he's been taking.

I don't think he'll die anytime soon, though. We just won't be so lucky.
