Thinks can be a bit confusing if your YT account has a stupid name.

The first films had a nice understated message of War is bad, mkay? behind the pew-pew and Shinji drama which seems cliché now, but for the time it released it was groundbreaking. Also the antagonists are literal Nazis, what with their catchphrase of SIEG ZEON! (though, to be semantically and sensibly correct they should have used Heil Zeon instead - it's like saying "Sieg 'Schland!" in German which just doesnt't make sense).

Afaik "Heil x" aka "Hail x" is usually used for an x that's a person, generally the guy running your country - not just the country itself.
It's basically a fancy way of greeting. Do you greet countries? I don't think so.

No, you wouldn't greet a country. But it's not a greeting. It's wishing well, which can be used as a greeting, but it isn't inherently one.

So you'd absolutely say Heil Deutschland, as you'd know if you weren't too busy glorifying the disgusting, culturally raped shitheap that calls itself Japan these days and instead just considered what a basic word of your native language means.

They didn't care enough before. The thing with SJW outrages is that they don't have to make chronological sense. You just need enough SJWs with enough of a following getting outraged about the same thing within the same time frame.

Though I'm kinda amazed that this didn't happen when Mirua died. I swear at least half of all YT content producers made a video about that for quick bucks.

I feel that most Berserk "fans" only know about the gay Golden Age arc since all they have seen is the piss poor animu (the newer one, the old one was actually okay). Meaning they missed all the good fun.
