Because she has vagoogoo (presumably), she COULD get laid but it'd take some effort in cleaning up and not be completely terrible 24/7 and even then only by a very desperate and drunk and much older guy.
If she claimed to have had an abusive relationship then it was in her head like the thing with Spoony and Super Blind Man, i. e. some Twitter or otherwise online thing where the guy probably made a "sexist" remark, such as that she should exercise at least a minimum of personal hygiene or lose some weight or something.
