It's possible that she faked her name like Toddintheshadows. I don't think that's the case because the kiwis were able to find her old accounts, and she has been consistent with her age before she got into CA.

But all the info you can find are things she herself created. There's almost no incidental information anywhere. This would be odd for anyone but it is REALLY odd for someone who purports to have been born in 1989.

When she was posting the stuff you were talking about, she was already trying to be an internet critic at that point. She wrote something in 2008 about being in 6th grade when 9/11 happened, but she definitely wasn't writing about it like a freshman in college. There's a Geocities site that talks about her love of the band Garbage — another '90s nostalgia trip she would have had to consume second-hand. Her fan-fiction would have been written when she was like 11. Does anything about Lupa strike you as being bright, precocious or advanced? Or would it make more sense that she wrote it while she was in her late teens or later?

She uses no millennial slang, has no millennial experiences, and she looks, acts, talks and behaves the age of someone much older. When you arrange first-hand observations along with the dearth of information that she herself didn't create... I mean it's like explaining how you know someone is black. You know it because they're not white. You make the calculation in an instant.

The only question is why someone obsessed with "old" culture would lie about being younger (tons of her "old" posts are also from nostalgic message boards focused on '80s culture.) But remember she was also living with her parents into what might have been well into her 30s, so there is significant incentive to conceal this.
