If I'm not mistaken, he used to be the only nerd to play on a Tekken arcade machine back during his college/high school years
I remember him doing some vlog talking about Tekken. I have a very specific image of it, and I want to say he had a white shirt on. I don't quite remember what he said but he gave some history on Lord of Tekken. I want to think it's his SFIV video? I checked the SF4 video and he never addressed his Tekken days, and his white shirt video didn't address tekken either.
Kinda like I could call myself the "Lord of KoF 95 and Rival Schools" from my local arcade back in 1997 - because all the other nerds were busy playing SFA2 or whatever it was popular at the time.
Or calling yourself the Street Fighter North American Champion after reaching the fourth place of a boycotted competition.

I had a chance to get PS5's but didn't realize the markup was going to be somewhat impressive. Nearly $100 profit per system with them selling out in minutes.
His last Tekken experience was probably Tekken 3 and he's never been anything more than mediocre at Tekken. I'd bet almost anything on that.
Tekken is a game where the skill ceiling is so high that you have oldfags with 20 years of experience who still can't dominate the game, all because there are south goreans playing Tekken 12 hours per day, every day, in hopes of winning a single Evo one time.
I doubt Spoony, by comparison, understands basic movement in any Tekken game.
"Lord of Tekken" is just a meme he invented when he made fun of some random user named "Tekken Lord". I think it was in some CA live event or something.
