Didn't that.. thing.. say some time ago that she's planning a career in professional wrestling? Maybe someone should hint to her that that shit requires some killer fitness. Being barely able to walk without a cane doesn't quite do. Women's professional wrestling requires some looks too. Any other completely-out-of-touch delusional plans?
It is an eternal pipe dream of hers, much like how deathfat mukbangers like to fantasite about the golden future in which they have managed to become thin super models.
Aside from a delusion, this might also be another sad attempt to trigger pitty, as she likes to tweet about how her age and arthritis can potentially endager her lifelong dream

The cane, especially a collapsible one, is the favourite of the malingering narc or the "pity me, I'm disabled" type. You can buy one online and just whip it out when you need to feel some public attention for being "so strong and brave to be out with your disability".
But how am I supposed to hide a sword in it if it's collapsible?
Compared to a friend of mine who is legit legally blind and has many issues but absolutely refuses help more than the minimum for them to get by in day to day life.
I've frequented cities with a larger-than-average concentration of the visually impaired (thanks to specialized educational facilities). These folks are pretty self-reliant with the right combination of tacticle paving, a text-to-speech app and routine.
Autism attracts more autism. Sooner or later, an internet nobody will attract the exact kind of fans - and detractors - he deserves.
