Good catch. Yeah the first time I saw Hagan was when I got distracted and let auto play roll. I turned to my screen and saw this man in clown attire screaming at a camera, I seriously thought blip had brought me to another site.

The first time I heard Hagan was on a Radiodrome episode. There was no video so I didn't know what the fuck it was even supposed to be. Turned it off almost immediately.

I thinks I saw it first in some crossover with Spoopy. He stands in a room and laments about how he'll have to do a crossover and doesn't even know who with. Probably still from the days of the FANTASTIC CA "writing". He then somehow surmises it will be "one of the girls" with a strange emphasis on 'girls', and is put at ease.
He then turns and sees a chair where now sits that brawny dude wearing layers of gaudy rags and a coat, painted face to hide the five o'clock shadow, and talking in a voice of just a guy who doesn't even give a shit, and Noah reacts utterly mortified.
The way this "joke" was written makes me think this was not even meant to be taken seriously.
Diamanda must be not even a full fledged tranny, just a cross dresser.

Crossdresser has no hormones or snip-snip, or even a clean shave most of the time.
