Sometimes they get delivered weeks after USPS tracking says it was delivered (my mailman is a jackass who sometimes likes to drop off packages at the wrong address).

Never had that problem myself, but I've heard some horror stories regarind post delivery. Like shit getting to an address that sounds similar enough.

Funnily enough I was thinking of Seinfeld when the subject of mail in ballots came up. I was thinking of the episode where Newman wants a transfer to Hawaii, and Jerry wants Newman to get that transfer to Hawaii so he delivers the mail for him. Then Newman doesn't get the transfer and says it's because they knew it wasn't him delivering the mail. When Jerry asks why, Newman says it's because 98% of the mail reached its intended destination. No mailman ever delivers more than 50% of the mail.
