I’ve been enjoying the hell out of this, only critique is that it really could use a map/some sort of fast travel between sectors. It’s very Metroid and I feel like that’s a first rule of those games.

Played some Dead Cells. Kinda feels like what Rogue Legacy should have been. The permanent upgrades are nice to have, but they don't nearly feel as mandatory. I mean, I made it to the penultimate boss on my second try.

I probably could've done without the pseudo-RPG system. Those stat upgrades essentially force you to mostly stick with one stat per run (ocasionally dipping into others for dat HP gain). Getting rid of those stats would probably be for the better.
Also freezing dudes is broken af. Enemies just become total pushovers with this tactic. I can't even imagine doing a single run without at least one freeze attack.

Been trying out some shield builds recently because parrying is piss easy and very useful, but then I found some hilarious heavy crossbow that takes up both weapon slots and just wrecks everything. Feels more like a shotgun or something

Gust is a thousand times more empowering then those gaijin walking simulators. The long-nosed devil hates the female body so much that they turn every potential waifu into a dude

And regarding Dead Cells again, the bosses are a bit odd. Especially the first two can't actually dish out damage at all. Even the most weaksauce enemies hit at least 5 times as hard.

You should see how her girlfr-I mean, platonic best friend Princess Shine, is dressed.

Playing some Hyrule Warriors. Still have a lot to do but the main problem of the game is that it's too grindy, especially when coming back from Fire Emblem Warriors. Still, the combo potential and the fuckery with the Zelda weapons is amazing.
